1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a jdbaji player.

References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary policy documents incorporated by reference (jdbaji Privacy Policy, jdbaji Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Headings used in this document are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where context permits.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a jdbaji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing and using the jdbaji Platform entirely of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party in relation to your jdbaji account.
• You do not hold any existing jdbaji account that is currently active, suspended, or under review. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jdbaji or had an account permanently closed by jdbaji for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the jdbaji Platform.

2.2 Registration Process

To register a jdbaji account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number for contact purposes. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. jdbaji reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jdbaji applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to every account. Submission of identity and age verification documents is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. jdbaji may additionally request KYC documentation at any time during the lifetime of your account, including but not limited to: following a large deposit, following a withdrawal request above a specified threshold, or where jdbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud or underage access.

Acceptable KYC documents include national identity cards, passports, and other government-issued photo identification. jdbaji may also request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. All documents submitted to jdbaji are handled in accordance with the jdbaji Privacy Policy.

3 Account Obligations & Security

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jdbaji will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been carried out by you personally.

You are required to notify jdbaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. jdbaji will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security Measures

jdbaji employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and jdbaji's servers. You are additionally advised to take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable any two-factor authentication option available within your jdbaji account settings.
• Log out of your jdbaji account when using a shared or public device.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date so that jdbaji can reach you for security verification purposes.
• Report any suspicious communications claiming to be from jdbaji that request your login credentials — jdbaji support will never ask for your password.

3.3 Accuracy of Account Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, email address, or payment method details must be reported to jdbaji support promptly. jdbaji accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jdbaji currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

jdbaji reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to players via the Platform. It is your responsibility to use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to jdbaji must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name and has been verified as part of the KYC process. jdbaji does not impose a standard minimum deposit threshold beyond what individual payment providers require for their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jdbaji wallet instantly for bKash and Nagad transactions and within the processing time specified by the relevant payment provider for card transactions.

jdbaji does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside jdbaji's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from jdbaji are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your jdbaji account, wherever technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• jdbaji processes bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to verification status.
• jdbaji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above a specified threshold or where unusual account activity has been identified.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

jdbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting, misusing, or systematically abusing jdbaji bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or bonus hunting — will have their account reviewed and may face suspension, bonus forfeiture, and recovery of any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All jdbaji Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. As a general principle:

• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds in the order specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games on the jdbaji Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms if not completed within that time.
• jdbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that any change does not materially disadvantage a Player who has already accepted the bonus and begun wagering.

5.3 Maximum Winnings from Bonus Play

Certain jdbaji promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Any amount exceeding the stated cap that arises from bonus play will be removed from the Player's account at the point of withdrawal processing.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jdbaji Platform — including slots, live casino tables, and RNG-based titles — are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers maintain their own certification for random number generation and game fairness. jdbaji does not control the outcome of individual games and does not manipulate results in any way.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game round, jdbaji will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, jdbaji's standard procedure is to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account balance. jdbaji accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

jdbaji does not accept responsibility for technical issues arising from the Player's own device, internet connection, or mobile network provider. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before commencing game play.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

jdbaji offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a range of sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and ice hockey. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to and including the commencement of play. jdbaji reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void betting markets where there are grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant sporting event has been compromised, or where a pricing error has occurred.

Settlement of all sports betting markets is final once confirmed by jdbaji. Settlement disputes must be raised with jdbaji support within 7 days of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours constitute Prohibited Conduct under these Terms & Conditions. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances (including Real Money Balance where it can be demonstrated to have been acquired through prohibited activity), and permanent exclusion from the jdbaji Platform.

7.1 Identity and Registration Violations

• Registering more than one jdbaji account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Registering or using a jdbaji account on behalf of a third party.
• Registering or using a jdbaji account while under the age of 18.
• Using another Player's account, credentials, or payment method without their explicit consent.

7.2 Financial Violations

• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, fraud, or any source connected to money laundering.
• Using a payment method not registered in the Player's own verified name.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with the intent to retain both the withdrawn or spent funds and any associated jdbaji winnings or bonuses.
• Exploiting payment processing errors to obtain funds not legitimately awarded or won on the Platform.

7.3 Gameplay and Bonus Violations

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jdbaji games or betting markets in a manner not available to human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino environments.
• Systematically exploiting jdbaji bonus offers through bonus hunting, matched betting strategies using Bonus Funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• Placing bets that guarantee profit regardless of outcome through the exploitation of promotion terms (commonly referred to as arbitrage betting against jdbaji's own markets).

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jdbaji account at any time by contacting jdbaji support via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, jdbaji will process any pending withdrawals of verified Real Money Balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jdbaji

jdbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jdbaji has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The Player has provided false or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform, to other Players, or to the integrity of jdbaji's systems.
• The Player is under the age of 18.
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in jdbaji's dormant account policy.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

jdbaji operates a formal self-exclusion programme. Players who wish to self-exclude can do so by contacting jdbaji support and requesting a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Temporary self-exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Once a self-exclusion is active, jdbaji will use all reasonable measures to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, receiving promotional communications, or opening a new account during the exclusion period. jdbaji strongly advises self-excluded Players to also consider registering with national responsible gaming support organisations for additional assistance.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jdbaji will attempt to contact a dormant account holder using the registered email address and mobile number on file before taking any action on the account. Where contact cannot be established after reasonable attempts, jdbaji may apply an administrative fee to the dormant account in accordance with applicable policy at that time. 8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jdbaji is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and efficiently. In the first instance, disputes should be raised directly with jdbaji support via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jdbaji aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 days of receipt.

jdbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the jdbaji Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any updates.
